A workshop I offered last year - this is the Q&A portion of the EFT - Emotional Freedom Tapping Workshop on Stress
EFT = Emotional Freedom Tapping means tapping along certain Meridian lines in our body to release trapped thought patterns. For example - feeling unworthy of something you really desire and deserve. Addressing from where you are now and releasing the false idea or thought as you affirm your Truth!
The first Time I tried it 2 yrs ago - I thought to myself - this is a fun and whimsical way to process or release my crap. After a series of more serious issues and challenges came in my life, I began to use it for those as well, with greater shift in my mood, attitude and feelings. So from that point I took it a little more interest and applied it more often. Now I offer everyone the opportunity to learn how to shift their stuff thru my funshop activities

I AM GRATEFUL , MORE THAN YOU'LL EVER KNOW, THEIR PRAYERS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED!
HereIIHere - used to be called InnerVoice and that's when their Voices and music saved my life. Literally, I was so depressed, stressed since traveling for a living kept me far away from home - alone. On top of that - my cousin Kim - who was more like a sister; passed away. A month later a dear friend of 32 years died from her brain tumor, 2 months after that; in October I lost my Goddaughter. I was with her when she passed and that crushed me to my core. I had to drive from MD back to work in NC 400 miles - after. Then funeral in NJ and then fly to CA to work. I crashed the 2nd week there - had a small Stroke - and really didn't want to go on. Just too exhausted with life.
I listened to HereIIHere song called Holy and it gave me Hope. Brought me up from the trenches of pain, grief and agony and gave me the drive to go on! I finally met them this year - and now I am their number 1 FAN!
- WHEN YOU PRAY - YOU MUST SURRENDER THE DOUBT - LET GO - KNOW YOU PRAYERS WILL BE ANSWERED - lET gOD

The 3rd Video is Rickie BB, Dr. Michael Beckwith's wife from Agape International Church in CA- I don't know but Love her anyway. Her music touch me in the places I need to let Go and Let God!, and another song, Seasons Change - allowed me to accept the sudden death of my dear friend - Margaret!
Hope to meet her one day and tell her in person too and get that Hug!
